Consign Guide

Consignment Schedule:
Spring/Resort: Feb-Mar
Summer: Apr-Jun
Fall/Halloween: Aug-Sep
Winter: Oct-Dec



The following is a Check List we use when deciding what will be accepted for consignment. Encore staff will determine “sale-ability”. An item charged may be incurred if other than as follows:
1. Clean: Freshly laundered on hangers.
2. NO stains; underarm or collar stains.
3. Overall appearance: no fading or pulling.
4. Label/Brand.
5. Need and Demand.
6. In Style and In Season.
7. NO Wear on Edges, Hems, Pockets, etc.
8. All Buttons and Working Zippers.
9. NO Tears in Lining, Hem or Seams.
10. NO Smell’s – Animal Hair, Smoke, Mothballs.

CONSIGNMENT: Appointments are encouraged. You may bring up to 15 items. An annual account fee of $5.00 (cash only) will be charged. At times we may decline items.

PRICING: Consigned items are priced by Encore 30%-60% off the original retail price. In-store sales & promotions run periodically.

THE SPLIT: Encore retains 60%, the consignor retains 40%. Accounts are paid the month after the 60 day consignment cycle ends.

EXPIRED ITEMS & DONATIONS: Items that are not being donated after the 60 day consignment period must be picked up by the consignor within 7 days or they become the property of Encore, Inc. NO calls will be made. NO exceptions. Status of item expiration may be checked online by the consignor at
